Entering the airlock room
Open the first door through the app or with a single tap of your VIP card

Picking up the key
Tap “Get the key” in the app or hold your VIP card against the airlock safe

Access to the locker
To turn the key in the locker you have to confirm the action with the electronic key in the app.
Action button: “Open the locker”

Returning the key and leaving
Put the key back into the key holder on your way out — otherwise the airlock exit door stays locked

Please note that making a copy or a cast of your locker key serves no practical purpose. Access is protected by additional electronic and physical security elements that control how the key is used and rule out unauthorised opening of the locker.
We ask you to strictly follow the established rules and instructions. If they are violated, the security service is notified immediately and the appropriate measures are taken before the visitor leaves the facility.
